Beyond Basics Foundation, Inc. is to enhance the community in which we serve by providing and developing programs to assist in education, building strong family relationships, mentoring/counseling youth, independent living and self-sufficiency as well as senior care. The foundation is designed to help in the betterment and rebuilding of families and neighborhoods.

OUR PLEDGE

Beyond Basics Foundation, Inc., will offer an array of daily and summer camp experiences guaranteed to meet the needs of all individuals within the communities of Northern Tangipahoa Parish.  Children and adults with physical, developmental, medical and sensory disabilities will continue to enjoy and benefit from typical daily and camp activities in a barrier-free environment. At Beyond Basics, children and adults with disabilities participate in a variety of recreational activities that encourage confidence and independence, and create opportunities for lifelong friendships while having fun and improving their quality of life. A professionally trained staff dedicates themselves to providing individuals with top quality programs that focus on developing the whole individual.  Individuals of all ages will learn to socialize, cooperate, make decisions, build self-esteem, and challenge themselves.
